The Neighborhoods That Actually Matter

Hotel Zone is perfect if you want modern amenities and easy beach access. Most properties here have security, underground parking, and are walking distance to everything.
Marina Vallarta is more upscale. If you want luxury and don't mind paying for it, this is your spot.
Romantic Zone is where I send people who want character. You're close to great restaurants and the nightlife scene. Plus it's walkable to Old Town.
Nuevo Vallarta is technically a different municipality, but it's gorgeous. Newer developments, bigger properties, but you'll need transportation to get to Puerto Vallarta proper.
