A backup hotspot is useful, especially during stormy weather. I also keep a portable charger in my bag because not every café table has an outlet nearby.
For remote workers, layout matters just as much as internet. A one-bedroom place such as Sueño can work well when we want a simple, comfortable base. A larger layout such as Vizcarra 1 gives us more room to separate work time from relaxation.
Amapas is hilly, so I also check how far the rental is from the main streets. The neighborhood is worth the walk, but knowing the route ahead of time makes daily coffee trips much easier.
