One of the biggest reasons I choose a condo is the space.
Hotel rooms can feel so cramped after just a couple of days.
You’re constantly tripping over your suitcase.
In a condo, you have a living room, a kitchen, and usually a balcony that feels like an extra room.
I love being able to spread out and relax.

I love walking down the cobblestone streets in the afternoon.

You can walk to the Malecon and see the street performers and the sand sculptures.
Everything is so close that you don't even need a car.
I usually just walk everywhere or take a quick Uber if I'm headed further north.
But honestly, most of the time, everything I need is right there.

Privacy and Peace
I think the biggest thing for me is the privacy.
In a condo, you don't have a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door because nobody is bothering you anyway.
You don't have to worry about housekeeping knocking at 8:00 AM when you’re trying to sleep in.
You have your own entrance, your own space, and your own schedule.
If I want to eat dinner at midnight, I can.
If I want to take a nap at 2:00 PM without hearing a vacuum in the hallway, I can.
It’s that freedom that makes a vacation feel like a real break from the world.
I’ve stayed in some AMAZING places in this city, but the condos in Amapas always win.
The combination of the hills, the jungle, and the ocean is just unbeatable.
It’s a very special part of the world.
